Stainless Steel 3-piece 2way threaded ball vall valve Stainless steel ball valves with PTFE/RTFE/Viton seals are widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, power fields, typically used for on-off control of water, air, oil, vacuum and other media compatible with the materials of construction. Unique 3-piece investment cast bolted body design offers the advantage of a swing-out body for easy inline maintenance. The valves using the standard ISO5211 mounting pad, it can be direct mounted to air pneumatic or electric actuators, eliminating the need for extra mounting brackets and couplings.

Product Feature:
1. Opening and Closing without Friction: It completely solves the problem that the traditional valves are affected by the friciton between the sealing. 2. Operation:
Turning the hand lever one quater-turn (90°) rotates the ball from closed to the open position. A latch locking device allows for pad locking the valve in eigher the open or closed position for safety lockout applictions. The valve is actuator ready with standard ISO5211 mounting pad and square output shaft.
Advantage Of 3-Piece Ball Valve:
1. Fluid resistance is small, and its coefficient of resistance is equal to that of the same length of pipe.
2. It has simple structure, small size and light weight.
3. Precision and reliability. At present, plastics are widely used for the sealing surface materials of ball valves and have good sealing performance. They are also widely used in vacuum system.
4. Easy to operate, fast switch, from full-open to full-close only rotating of 90° degrees, easy to control over long distances.
5. Maintenance is simple, ball valve structure is simple, sealing rings are generally movable, dissassembly and replacement are relatively convenient.
6. When the ball is fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of valve seat and valve body are separated with medium. When the medium passes through, the erosion of the sealing surface of the valve can not be caused.
7. It can be used in a wide range of applications, ranging from several millimeters to several meters in diameter, from high vacuum to high pressure. When the sphere rotates at 90° degrees, all the inlet and outlet positions should be spherical in order to cut off the flow.
